Performances by students from THE GABRIELLE WALLACE SCHOOL OF SPEECH & DRAMA in The Speech & Drama Section of Feile Luimni 2015 received over forty awards in competitions ranging from Solo Verse, Dramatic Solo, Solo Mime, Aeolian Art, Impromptu Speaking and Poetry Composition to Group Improvisation. Highlights included 1st Place & Cup in three major competitions; Senior Bursary and Joseph O’Connor Memorial Cup, the Edwards MacLiammoir Cup and The Catherine O’Donoghue Cup.
Another 2015 highlight were GABRIELLE WALLACE SCHOOL OF SPEECH & DRAMA students’ exceptional results in their May 2015 Trinity Guildhall London Examinations with over 90% of candidates receiving grades of Distinction.
